Good for the Price

The Proposal Tool is solid, though I wish integrating with Salesforce was simpler.

Good platform, easy setup

I signed up for the SalesRabbit Platform trial. Setup was quick, integrated with our existing CRM without a hitch. The lead tracking worked well for our team. Definitely streamlined things a bit.

Useful, but some small issues

I opted for the annual billing of the SalesRabbit Platform; the discount was a decent incentive. The app is genuinely helpful for our roofing sales team, especially the RoofLink feature and property data. Route optimization is also a big plus. However, I found adding new users to our account a bit less intuitive than it could be; had to dig around a bit in the settings. Customer service was responsive when I eventually reached out, but a clearer in-app guide for common admin tasks would be an improvement. Overall, it's a valuable tool, but there's room for minor UI tweaks.

Helped our door to door sales

So, we've been using SalesRabbit for our door to door sales guys for a few months now, and it's been pretty solid. I actually purchased the full platform after trying out the Lite version for a bit. The territory mapping is super handy, keeps everyone from stepping on each other's toes. The E-Signatures feature was a nice surprise too, made closing deals in the field much smoother. It's really helped us keep track of our leads better, and the team messaging is a good way to keep everyone connected while they're out.

Thinking of signing up for SalesRabbit for my solar sales team. Saw they offer a free trial. Is it a full-featured trial or a limited version? Also, any current promo codes floating around for annual billing?

R RahulK 1 week ago ✓ Best Answer
The free trial is usually the full platform for 14 days, which is enough to get a feel for it. Just remember to cancel if you don't want to get charged. As for promo codes, I haven't seen any recently beyond the annual discount they offer automatically.

D Deepak91 1 week ago
Thanks, Rahul! Good to know it's not a stripped-down trial.
3
R RahulK 1 week ago
Yeah, it's pretty comprehensive for a trial period.

P PoojaR 1 week ago
I got a pretty decent discount by just asking for one after my trial. Told them I was comparing options and they offered a percentage off for annual. Worth a shot!

Same here, worked for me too.

D Deepak91 1 week ago
Oh, that's smart! I'll definitely try that tactic.

Just started using SalesRabbit for my pest control team. The lead tracking and mapping features are pretty solid. But I'm wondering if anyone has integrated it with Salesforce and how smooth that process was?

S Sneha 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
Our setup works fine, but we're on the enterprise plan, so maybe they offer more direct support for that. No major complaints after the initial setup.

R RajeshK 1 month ago
Interesting. We're on a smaller plan. Maybe that's the difference.
7
S Sneha 1 month ago
Could be. They do seem to prioritize bigger accounts for custom stuff.
4
P PriyaS 1 month ago
Yeah, we integrated it with our Salesforce instance about 6 months ago. It wasn't super straightforward out of the box, needed some custom mapping, but their support team was actually pretty helpful walking us through it. Took a few calls.

P PriyaS 1 month ago
We did it ourselves with their support. Saved some money.
7
R RajeshK 1 month ago
Good to know. Did you use an external consultant or manage it yourselves?

We tried integrating, but ran into some data sync issues between the two. Ended up just manually updating our Salesforce for now. SalesRabbit is great for field stuff, but the integration was a headache.

That's what I'm afraid of. Don't want to double my work.

Just got hit with a higher renewal price for SalesRabbit this month. Anyone else seeing unexpected jumps?

D Deepak91 1 month ago
Hmm, mine stayed the same. Are you guys on the Pro plan or something else?
1
R RaviK 1 month ago
We're on Pro, yes.
3
P PriyaS 1 month ago
Same here, Pro plan. Maybe it's regional?
3
P PriyaS 1 month ago
Yeah, my team's bill went up about 15% even though we didn't add any new users. Support said it was 'standard rate adjustment'. Kinda annoying.
2
A Amit87 1 month ago
Mine too! I thought it was just us. Were you on an annual plan before?
2
R RajeshG 1 month ago
Following this, my renewal is next month.
5
N NishaP 1 month ago
Same. I'm wondering if it's worth reaching out to them directly for a discount.
6
S SanjayM 1 month ago
We got a heads-up about an increase a few months ago for our enterprise plan. They offered a slight discount if we committed for another 2 years though.
4
R RaviK 1 month ago
That's good to know. We're on a smaller team plan, doubt they'd do that for us.
4
P PriyaS 1 month ago
Did you have to push for that discount or was it offered upfront?

Thinking of trying SalesRabbit for my small solar sales team. Is the Lite version actually useful, or should I just jump straight to Pro?

M MeenaK 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
Lite is good for basic lead tracking and mapping, especially if you're just starting out or have a super small team. But you'll quickly hit limits if you need digital contracts, advanced analytics, or CRM integration. It's free though, so no harm in trying it first.
9
M MeenaK 1 month ago
No, I think those are Pro features. Lite is pretty barebones.
6
A AdityaR 1 month ago
That's what I was thinking. We mostly need lead tracking and route optimization initially.
4
V VikramS 1 month ago
Does Lite include any property data or weather maps?
3
S SunilJ 1 month ago
Honestly, if you're serious about solar, Pro is where it's at. The RoofLink and proposal tools alone are worth it. Saves so much time in the field.
3
S SunilJ 1 month ago
It's usually part of the higher-tier Pro plans for solar. Double check with their sales team though.
1
A AdityaR 1 month ago
Is RoofLink included in the standard Pro plan, or is it an add-on?
5
P PoojaR 1 month ago
Good point. The digital contracts are a lifesaver too.

G GauravM 1 month ago
I started with Lite and upgraded within a month. The lack of offline functionality was a big deal for my guys in rural areas. Pro works much better for that.
10
V VikramS 1 month ago
Yeah, offline mode is a must-have for door-to-door.
3
A AdityaR 1 month ago
Oh, that's a crucial detail. Thanks for mentioning it!

Does this work okay for solar sales? Need something good for my team.

T Tom 2 months ago
Totally. They have specific tools for solar sales, like property data and weather maps. It's pretty comprehensive.

D Dan 2 months ago
We use it for home improvement sales which is kinda similar. The route optimization and territory management are key for us.

Is SalesRabbit worth it compared to something like Spotio?

R Renee 2 months ago
Spotio is pretty good for mapping but SalesRabbit has better team management features if you have a big crew. Also, their lead generation stuff is way better.
4
T Tara Bennett 2 months ago
I've used both. SR's digital contracts and e-signatures save a ton of time in the field. Spotio doesn't really have that built in.

Thinking of signing up. What's the deal with the free trial, is it fully functional?

N Nina Marsh 2 months ago
Yeah, it's a 14-day trial for the main platform, I think. Lets you test out most of the features.
1
O Omar 2 months ago
You can also use the Lite version for free indefinitely. It's more basic but good for small teams or just trying out lead tracking.

What's the best way to get a discount? Is there a promo code I should look for?

C Chris 2 months ago
They usually give custom quotes after a demo, so not really 'promo codes' like for a regular store. But annual billing saves you a good chunk, like 15-25% off.
3
D Dan Silva 2 months ago
You could also ask about their referral program if you know someone already using it, or if you're a non-profit or startup they sometimes have special pricing.
